Vessel Title Application
Use this form to apply for a vessel title in your name if you have purchased or acquired a vessel from someone other than a licensed Washington vessel dealer.
Sign and notarize
All individuals to be shown as registered owners on the title must sign the application. The application must be notarized unless it is signed in the presence of a licensing agent who can certify your signatures.
How to submit the application
To apply for a title, take the completed Vessel Title Application and ownership documents to your local vehicle licensing office. You will be charged various fees and taxes based on the type of transaction involved.
