Replace a lost ID card

If your identification (ID) card is lost or stolen, you can get a replacement at your local driver licensing office.

In person

Visit a driver licensing office.
Bring with you:
- proof of identity.
- $15 fee (cash or check).
- if you are under 18, a parent or guardian.
